Simply book online through our platform by entering your pick-up and drop-off locations, choosing your service type (standard, station wagon, or maxi cab), and confirming your trip. You’ll receive an estimated fare instantly, and your driver will notify you via text when they arrive. Need to cancel? Manage your bookings easily in the ‘My Trips’ section of our app.

Whether you’re commuting, heading to the airport, or attending an important event, pre-booking ensures your taxi is ready when you are.
Pre-book your airport taxi or cab just before you board your flight.
Tap the ‘Pre-book’ button
Then check your pick-up location and enter your destination. On the next screen, enter the date and time you would like to be picked up. You can also tell your driver the flight details and if you need to wait for luggage.
Hit next, and you will be able to select your taxi type
And edit your payment method. If you need to change the date or time of tour airport pick-up, simple hit ‘Ride Options’.
Finally, hit the ‘Pre-book Taxi’
Button and your pre-booked airport taxi or cab will be confirmed. Once you book you will receive a text with your driver’s details. Contact the driver as soon as you arrive so they know how long you will be.
Don’t forget you can also pre-book an airport taxi by calling 131 001. If you need to cancel a pre-booked airport taxi, you can do so via the side menu in the app under ‘My Trips’.
