Get any of the details wrong? If you need to change the date or time of pick up, simply hit ‘Ride Options’ to go back and edit.
When you’re done hit ‘Pre-book Taxi’ to confirm your booking.

You can pre-book a taxi on Rydo before heading to the airport, or for that important business meeting. When you book a taxi in advance, it works much the same way as an instant booking, there are just a few more steps.
On Arrival of Your Pre-Booked Cab
Your driver will send you a text message to let you know they are ready once your pre-booked taxi arrives to let you know it’s time to go!
Alternatively, you can always book a taxi when the need comes by calling 131 001.
If you need to cancel a pre-booked taxi, you can do so via the side menu in the app under ‘My Trips’.
Alternatively, you can pre-book on our online booking platform. It’s as simple as entering your pick-up location and your destination.
After entering in your pick-up location and destination, you will need to choose between ‘Book Now’ or ‘Book Later’. After selecting your booking, you will receive the travel distance and the estimated travel time to that destination. You will then be prompted to select the type of taxi service (standard taxi, station wagon or maxi cab). An estimated fare will be shown based on the travel distance and you will be required to enter your full name and mobile number to confirm the booking.
